Someone has opened accounts in your name. Or there are charges you didn't make, hard inquiries you didn't authorize, or collection calls for debts you don't owe. Identity theft moves fast — and the longer it sits, the more it spreads.
Our network acts quickly. Specialists file disputes with the bureaus and creditors. Attorneys step in under the FCRA and FDCPA when bureaus or creditors won't comply. Ongoing monitoring catches the next attempt before it spreads.
Free consultation. No upfront fees. Plans from $14.95/month. Family coverage available.
Serving individuals, families, and businesses across the United States.

Identity theft rarely starts with the obvious incident. It starts quiet — and by the time most victims notice, the damage has spread across multiple accounts and bureaus. Acting at the first sign is dramatically cheaper than acting at the fifth.
Hard inquiry you didn't authorize. Unfamiliar charge. Mail in your name at an unknown address. Disputes and freezes can stop it from spreading.
New credit cards, loans, or utilities opened in your name. Each requires its own dispute, police report reference, and bureau notification to remove.
Unpaid fraud goes to collections. Credit score drops sharply. Loan, mortgage, and apartment applications start getting denied — for debts that aren't yours.
Lawsuits over fraudulent debts. Tax returns rejected because someone filed first. Even criminal records appearing under your name. Attorney involvement essential.

Challenge unauthorized debts and accounts. Coordinated dispute work with the three credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors — under FCRA procedures and deadlines.
Skilled in FCRA, FDCPA, and identity theft laws. Where bureaus or creditors fail to comply, attorney action is available within higher plan tiers.
Letters drafted on legal letterhead. Disputes filed correctly the first time. Follow-up handled until entries are removed and accounts closed.
Ensure accuracy across all three bureaus. Ongoing monitoring catches new fraud attempts early — when they can still be stopped.
Specialists and attorneys across the United States. Identity theft work is governed by federal law that applies in all 50 states.
Free consultation to begin. Plans from $14.95/month. No retainer required to start dispute and restoration work.
New credit cards, loans, mortgages, or utility accounts opened in your name without your knowledge or authorization.
Unfamiliar credit pulls on your report. Each unauthorized inquiry signals an attempted fraudulent application — and that more may be in progress.
Calls or letters from collectors about accounts you don't recognize. The FDCPA gives you specific rights when this happens.
Addresses you've never lived at, or employers you've never worked for, appearing on your credit report. Often the earliest warning sign.
Unfamiliar transactions, withdrawals you didn't make, or online purchases you didn't place. Account takeover often progresses to new account fraud.
Mailbox break-ins, missing checks, or IRS letters about a tax return you didn't file. Government benefits or DMV records that don't match.

Identity theft protection is three things working together — continuous monitoring, restoration handled by a specialist when an incident occurs, and attorney access for cases that escalate. A plan covers all three for far less than handling one incident on your own.
Identity theft monitoring across credit bureaus and key data sources. Specialist-led restoration if an incident occurs. 24/7 emergency access.
Spouse and dependents under one membership. Includes child identity theft protection — increasingly targeted because it goes undetected for years.
Identity theft plan combined with broader legal plan access. FCRA, FDCPA, and consumer protection legal action available within the bundled plan.

Protect your rights under FCRA, FDCPA, and identity theft statutes. Attorney action available when bureaus or creditors fail to comply.
Disputes and legal notices sent promptly. Specialists work in parallel across bureaus to contain damage as quickly as possible.
Your personal data stays secure. Communications protected by industry data-handling standards and attorney-client privilege where applicable.
Identity theft doesn't wait for business hours. Plan members reach a specialist any hour — including weekends and holidays when fraud often surfaces.
Three-bureau credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, and public records alerts. Detection at the earliest point — when intervention is still cheap.
Free consultation. No retainer required. Plans from $14.95/month — predictable monthly cost without surprise charges.
Spouse and dependents covered under a single family membership. Child identity theft is the fastest-growing category — and the hardest to undo.

Identity theft work has two layers. A specialist handles disputes, bureau notifications, and the procedural restoration work that resolves most cases. An attorney steps in when the case escalates — when a bureau or creditor refuses to comply, or when fraud has resulted in lawsuits or criminal records.
Place fraud alerts and credit freezes across the three bureaus immediately
File disputes with bureaus, creditors, and collectors using correct FCRA procedures
Coordinate police reports, FTC identity theft reports, and IRS Form 14039 where applicable
Pursue FCRA and FDCPA legal action when bureaus or creditors fail to comply
Provide ongoing monitoring across credit, dark web, and public records
Unlike credit monitoring alone, the plan includes restoration — not just alerts
Unlike credit repair services, identity theft restoration follows FCRA dispute procedures directly
Unlike DIY disputes, the specialist works in parallel across bureaus and creditors — not sequentially
The attorney is bound by state bar rules and engaged for cases requiring litigation
The engagement is monthly and ongoing — protection continues across the year

We have the ID Plan Membership and found that our mailbox had been broken into on a Saturday morning. We had put envelopes in to be mailed and the mail person had not come to the house yet. Knowing that there was a check in one of the envelopes with all of our bank information, we were very concerned. Because the ID Plan has 24/7 access for emergencies, we were able to call in on that Saturday morning, consult with a identity theft specialist and had safety measures put in place to protect our bank account and other exposures we were not even aware of. It was great that we had someone that we could call without waiting for regular business hours, get advice and protection put in place and breathe easier.
We've had an Identity Theft Plan for 13+ years. During this time, there have been numerous times every year where a situation arose when we'd ask ourselves, is that legal? What rights do we have in this? How legal is it that they are trying to do? No worries or expensive consultation fees. Our membership covered the cost of top legal advice. Five separate identity theft incidents have occurred with no worry because that part of membership covered it. I wouldn't be without the plans.
I have been a member since 2006. The first thing I did was get our Wills done. Over the years, I have relied on the service to assist me with legal issues that had come up. Also, the Identity Theft Plan provides my complete family protection. The peace of mind it provides us is terrific.
Recently, I received an email inviting me to "re" activate my ENHANCED Identity Theft protection, ID Plan. Curious, I called my agent to know what was going on. She told me that company is now using a different platform to keep up with the need for better monitoring. She then mentioned that each member has their unique encryption code. It means that they don't have a database that could be breached like all the others. Needless to say, I went ahead and REactivated my Identity theft plan and even added their option for monitoring with all three credit bureaus.
